San Francisco Puts out the Welcome Mat for Illegal Aliens in El Paso

There is a mobile billboard in El Paso, Texas that welcomes illegal aliens to come to San Francisco. The fourth special session of the Texas Legislature passed two new laws to address the Biden border crisis. They fund border wall construction and allow state enforcement of immigration law.
