Body camera footage captures a Fairview Heights police officer stepping out of his cruiser during a Wednesday traffic stop when Keajion L. Jennings crashed his gray 2018 Chevrolet Camaro into the back of the patrol car-missing the officer by inches and nearly crushing him between the two vehicles.
