19-year-old Zayn Arcand, who describes himself as “he/they xe/she” and “demi boy, pansexual, emo artist and (high functioning) autistic,” has been arrested in his hometown of Iron Mountain, Michigan, after he was reportedly captured on a surveillance video attempting to throw a Molotov cocktail into a building where the local Dickinson Republican Party Committee has an office.
