Migrants charged in attack on NYPD cops in Times Square offered plea deals, including one who was re-arrested

One of the seven migrants charged with viciously attacking two NYPD officers in Times Square in January was arrested again for theft while out on a bail, a judge revealed as he and four other defendants were offered plea deals.
