And the British keep bringing them in…….

    • EarnitYourself

She was never in danger. Guns and bombs are illegal there.

  • EarnitYourself

    So Herbie,

Go to this page and select the video that says “Bicyclist opens fire at…”.

Would you blame the cop if he shot the thug for not showing his right hand when ordered to? That’s the only way to keep him from firing that shot. It’s obvious he’s pulling a gun out of his pocket.

What’s reasonable to expect of those who risk their lives to protect us from losers?

The issue here is that could have been anyone. That is why law enforcement needs to learn how to detect and handle body language. This guy deserved to die but Philandro Castille didn’t. He was following the law and had a concealed permit to carry. He advised the officer he had the weapon…and to cover his story after he shot he screamed dont grab the gun. but why shout that after you done killed him……so it will look good for the camera. You may not agree but we are back to where being black is a crime and that is very sad in my eyes.

      • EarnitYourself

See that’s where we differ. “Detect and handle body language”? No!

Criminals and law abiding citizens need to learn how to follow orders when they encounter police. I ride a bike, and at night, I have lights. If I get pulled over, and told to get my hands in the air – both hands are going high and where they can see them, immediately. Why? Because I figure I’m going to get shot if I don’t.

Castillo died of stupidity. You don’t tell a cop “I have a gun”, and then when he says don’t reach for it, proceed to reach for anything.
The link below has three videos.
He hands the cop his license in the second one. He then tells the cop about the gun. The cop says “don’t reach for it”. “Don’t pull it out” the third repeats that warning and shows the shooting happened AFTER the cop said don’t reach for it and he reached for something. It’s not his license. He’d already given that to the cop.

You get these twisted versions of stories and they shape your reality.

The cop has to shoot. He’s been told he has a gun, and he’s disregarding orders to not reach for it, which means don’t reach for anything. If he waits, he’s in a point blank situation like the link I originally posted. Trading shots with someone.

        • Herbsman200

So you think the man that followed the law and obtained the licence to carry a weapon would put the lives of hes girlfriend and did you forget there was a little girl in the back that saw her father killed b the cops. Do you think she will have a good picture of the law now. Her father wasn’t a criminal and was still killed. Did you watch the dashcam video?

          • EarnitYourself

A license to carry isn’t a license to be stupid.
Yes. I watched both the dashcam video and her “account” after the fact. That one means nothing.
The dashcam shows the cop clearly tell him don’t reach, don’t pull it out and shows him reaching, so he got shot. It’s his fault. Not the cop’s.

Yes, it sucks the man is dead, but all he had to do is follow simple orders.

You can’t expect a cop to let someone reach for whatever in that situation. Cops are getting executed in “routine traffic stops” these days. We have to let them protect themselves reasonably.

Apparently the jury agrees with me.

          • Herbsman200

So killing a man in front of his child is OK just because a jury says so? What about those men that were sentenced to 20 + plus years just be released because they were…..INNOCENT. Our justice system is not always Just. Like for example why would a cop in Boca have to ask me what am I doing in this neighborhood when stopped? I live here MOFO you just work here now either give me a ticket or let me go the fuck home. See you folks allow your perception of black people determine how you react when we are around. That is sad.

          • EarnitYourself

Well why you gotta catch attitude and start throwing F bombs?
It’s very common for cops to ask stuff like that. They’re trying to have conversation to see if you have a good reason to be there and they want to see if you seem nervous or can they catch you in a lie?

He didn’t look at your address on your license and know what you were doing there?

Your story is starting to fall apart. (See how that works? Lol)

          • Herbsman200

AHHHH Earnie Bernie the statement was made prior to asking for my licence…duuuh

          • EarnitYourself

Ah-Hah! So you admit he hadn’t seen your license, and thus, there is no way he could’ve known you live there!

            The defense rests…

You were clearly harassing this officer, and it’s a wonder he didn’t arrest you.

          • Herbsman200

BS if it were you he would not have that slick ass comment because of your skin tone… you know what I was saying. If it were you it would have been a simple licence and registration please.

          • EarnitYourself

This is the only bad shooting I’m aware of, and he was charged with murder. That’s justice.

            https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/video/2015/apr/08/us-police-fatal-shooting-south-carolina-phone-footage-viral-video

          • Herbsman200

NO… he was acquitted. Don’t forget the one where the cop tried to plant a taser saying he shot the guy because he tried to grab the taser but thank God everyone has a camera and was filmed planting the evidence. Then we have the cops that were planting drugs on innocent black men but OOOOPS forgot his body cam was on.

          • EarnitYourself

            Hung jury. Wow.

On this other stuff… you’re finding wrongdoing on a number of cases that can be counted on fingers. They make national news because that’s the narrative being pushed.
White people get shot and framed too, you know. By both white and black cops.

You’re a good person, but you’re also a bit of a mad person, just waiting for the next injustice to infuriate you.

          • Herbsman200

Cmon now I know white folk get shot too but what you fail to realize is the issue is the policing… I know you remember a time where we all knew the cop that serviced our area. They would stop by and talk to the people have a relationship…. Here is an example I was pulled over in Deerfield for making a right hand turn on a red light. I had to remind the rookie cop from MA that we are allowed to do that in the state of FL. He then went back to his car for like 5 minutes and gave me back my paperwork and I was on my way. It’s not always a race thing with me… I just want equality for all.

          • EarnitYourself

I respect that, Herbie. I too want equality for all. I’d even be willing to join you in the fight to abolish affirmative action, that is inherently racist and seeks to make the playing field uneven and not have all candidates for a job or college admission compete solely on qualifications.

There’s hope for you, my man!

          • Herbsman200

I don’t know about that. I will say affirmative action could be wiped out if hiring managers did show favoritism. For example. My daughter that is a senior in HS got her a part time gig at Wendy’s so she can pay for her car insurance and gas. SO she comes home last knight and says she wants to quit because her boss (hispanic lady) is not being fair with the hours… I then say how so… she goes to explain that there are 5 under 18 workers and she is the eldest of them but gets the least amount of hours. She said they all huddle speaking spanish and not communicating to those that do not. Thank God I taught my kids spanish so she understands, however, I also teach them to not speak spanish outside the family because we live in the USA where out language is english. So until we all want the same for each other I think that bill should stay.

          • EarnitYourself

Much respect for the multi-lingual policy, and for having your daughter earn her gas and insurance money.
I assume you bought the car?

          • Herbsman200

Well of course I bought the car… These kids are broke these days.

          • EarnitYourself

I was just making sure you didn’t steal it.
            Kidding.
Just confirming my thinking. You got her in a car, but no free rides. She’s gotta work for the cause.
That’s good parenting. Often lacking these days, and the kids leave the house unready for the real world, so they become Bernie Bros. “gimme gimme!”

          • Herbsman200

Of course I stole it…. I’m Black remember we don’t buy anything…we wait for you to buy it…then we hit you across the head and get it for free. Why pay?

          • EarnitYourself

That’s exactly why I only buy standard transmission cars.
            Lol.

          • Herbsman200

Well you still out of luck…I’m not a black American I learned to drive on a stick shift. Funny you said that… the two kids I have that are driving have stick shifts because :
            1. Friends won’t ask to borrow thar
            2. no texting and driving …you have to focus on shifting
            3. I hate manual transmission

          • EarnitYourself

            Lol.

          • EarnitYourself

BTW, being able to make that joke is a huge step in the right direction for you, Herbie.
My work is not done with you, but we’re making great progress.
Before you know it, you’ll be able to look at white people and not be filled with rage and resentment.

          • Herbsman200

I never did and never will… I make jokes like that all the time… you just not around…remember my brother in law is skinhead. So the racial jokes are plentiful when he is around… but he knows the jokes are between family members.. For example… He gave my daughters a stuffed zebra as a present they in return gave him a 100 thread count white sheet and some scissors.

          • EarnitYourself

I didn’t know your brother in law was a skinhead.
Glad you guys can joke around, I guess.

I wonder if that has to do with the way you are always on the lookout for how to make everything about race?

          • Herbsman200

Of course you would take that side… I am not part of a racist movement my brother in law is.

          • EarnitYourself

What side? I didn’t know there was a side, never mind taking one.

  • TheAhmedClockCompany

… and DJT was right again.
